Shipping & delivery

We ship insured from our Bangkok warehouse by car to all 77 provinces. Delivery costs a flat ฿100, plus ฿15 per 100 km for addresses outside Bangkok and its neighbouring provinces. You'll see the exact amount at checkout. Orders confirmed before 14:00 ship the same day; Bangkok deliveries usually arrive the next day and upcountry deliveries within 1–3 days.

Payment methods

• PromptPay QR — free. Scan the QR at checkout with any Thai banking app, then upload your transfer slip. We verify slips manually, usually within 30 minutes during business hours.
• Credit / debit card — 2% fee. Visa, Mastercard and JCB. The fee covers card processing charges.

Warranty & returns

All products are genuine Thai-market models with official manufacturer warranty — the warranty period is listed on each product page. If an item arrives defective, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.
